Your messages.
Your people.

Cheers stores the organizer’s account identifier, celebration details, contributor names, messages, and uploaded recordings or photos to make and deliver a group gift. Contributors confirm permission before sharing content. Invitation and recipient links act as private access keys: share them only with the intended people.

Who can see a gift?

The organizer can review and remove contributions. The recipient can view the completed gift after it is released or its scheduled delivery time arrives. Anyone given a recipient link can also open that gift. Contributors can remove their own contribution using the confirmation on the device where they submitted it, until the organizer starts processing the video. Contact the organizer or Cheers support if you need removal afterward.

Services used to make and send your gift

Shotstack processes media into finished videos. Resend sends gift emails. PayPal handles payments. Gelato receives the artwork and shipping details needed for printed keepsakes. These services process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Cheers does not receive your PayPal password or card number.

Retention and deletion

Celebrations and media remain stored until the organizer deletes them. Deleting a celebration removes its contributions and finished video from Cheers storage. Separate payment and print-order records remain for refunds, fulfillment, and accounting. Copies already downloaded or shared, and records held by payment, email, and fulfillment providers, are not erased by deleting a Cheers celebration.
